What do I get for ₹400?+
You can submit one sample travel-insurance documentation request for each traveller, track its status with your booking reference, and print a watermarked sample summary. This is not a real insurance purchase.
Is ₹400 per day or per person?+
The price is ₹400 per person for a sample booking request. It is not calculated per day.
Can I submit more than one traveller?+
Yes. You can add up to 8 travellers to a request. The total is the number of travellers multiplied by ₹400.
Do the sample documents offer medical cover?+
No. Neither a booking reference nor a printed sample provides medical, hospitalization, repatriation or other insurance coverage.
Can I present this as travel insurance to an embassy?+
No. You should not present sample materials as evidence of an active insurer-issued policy. For visa applications, obtain genuine compliant insurance.
Has my payment been taken?+
Your request alone does not mean payment has been received. Only a captured Razorpay payment appears as Paid on the booking tracking page.
How do I track the request?+
Go to Track booking, enter your DTI booking reference and the email you used at checkout.
What if I entered the wrong name?+
Use the Contact form and quote your booking reference. An administrator can view your booking and advise on next steps.
How long does sample preparation take?+
Booking references are generated immediately. Any staff review or sample-ready status is manual; no guaranteed turnaround time is promised.
How can I buy real travel insurance?+
Please contact a licensed insurer or appropriately authorized intermediary offering coverage for your destination and travel duration.
